AEW Dynamite Results: Inner Circle destroy top star, Moxley replies with baseball bat

Chris Jericho and Darby Allin started off the match. Jericho slapped Darby across the face twice, showing no respect. Darby hit back with strikes of his own, before taking Jericho down with a dropkick and a beautiful springboard armdrag. This forced Jericho to crawl to his corner and tag in Ortiz. Allin tagged in Isaiah Kassidy who took the fight to Ortiz before tagging in Marc Quen. Ortiz caught Quen with a dropkick before tagging in Santana.

The members of the Inner Circle isolated Quen in their corner and took turns to work on him. Quen took out Santana and Ortiz with a dropkick before tagging in Kassidy. He tried to roll Ortiz up but only got a 2-count. Jericho tagged himself in after this and hit Kassidy with a patented Springboard Dropkick to knock him off the apron.

Jericho dominated Kassidy during the ad break. Ortiz tagged himself in and continued what Jericho was doing. Ortiz tagged in Santana and the two tried to double team Kassidy who hit back with a hurricanrana and tagged in Darby Allin. Allin cleared house and went for a cover on Santana after hitting a Code Red. Jericho broke it up. Things broke down at this point. Allin hit Jericho with a springboard moonsault before he followed it up with a Coffin Drop to Jake Hager at ringside. Marc Quen took out Satana and Ortiz with a suicide dive.

Kassidy took his his opportunity and hit Jericho with a Swanton Bomb but only got a nearfall. Jericho hit back with a Judas Effect to Kassidy out of nowhere and that was enough for him to pick up the win for his team.

Santana, Ortiz and Jericho def. Private Party and Darby Allin

The Inner Circle attacked Allin, Quen and Kassidy again after the match. Jericho whipped Allin and Quen with his title belt before Hager hit Allin with a low blow. Sammy Guevara followed it up by hitting Darby Allin with his skateboard.

Jon Moxley came out with a baseball bat at this point and chased away the Inner Circle before they could do any further damage to Darby Allin.
