The AEW World Champion Jon Moxley was in the ring first but there was no sign of Darby Allin. Ricky Starks cut an incredible promo from backstage before the match began. There was no sign of Darby Allin early on. As Cage and Staks came out to make their entrance, Allin caught them with a huge dive from out of nowhere on the AEW ramp.

Cage had Darby Allin in a precarious position at ringside but Moxley caught him with a suicide dive. Back in the ring, Cage showed off his power by slamming both Allin and Moxley into the mat at the same time.
