AEW Dynamite Results: WCW legend makes in-ring debut, Jericho destroys Moxley

Jon Moxley made his entrance in his brand new Ford GT.

Sammy Guevara wasted no time, hitting Moxley with a dropkick, sending him crashing into the corner. Moxley hit back with chops before running Guevara down with a lariat. Moxley briefly continued his dominance until Guevara wrested back control ahead of the ad break, sending Mox into the steel steps at ringside.

Guevara and Moxley went back and forth, with Guevara taking Moxley to the limit. Guevara caught Moxley with a boot to the face and went for the cover, only for Moxley to kick out at 2. Guevara then headed to the top rope and went for a moonsault. Mox caught him on his way down and locked in a rear naked choke to pick up the submission win.

Chris Jericho's music hit at this point and the lights went off. When they came back on, Jericho and the rest of the Inner Circle blindsided Moxley inside the center of the ring. Jericho whipped Moxley with the AEW title belt and Hager followed it up with a running low blow.

Jericho then took out one of the spikes from his jacket and caught Moxley in the eye with it.
