So during the course of AEW Full Gear, Pentagon Jr. was confronted by his own doppelganger in a really head-scratching moment indeed. It turned out to be 'The Fallen Angel' Christopher Daniels who had been away since Pentagon and Fenix had launched a brutal attack on the man. With all due respect to the legend, his return wasn't exactly a very noteworthy event.
As good as the matches at AEW Full Gear were, there were no title changes at all. The only return was the one I've mentioned meaning that there were no real surprises either, or headlines emerging from the event. The only thing that qualifies is the big MJF turn if you can even really call it that.
Now, there's a talking point for all the Facebook groups and chat forums where fans gather to discuss professional wrestling content. The buzz generated has certainly been noteworthy.
