AEW is an organization that definitely cares about the health and well-being of its employees and staff, and I can safely claim that they have handled the current pandemic situation with a lot more care and consideration than WWE.
While there hasn't been anything to suggest that Jon Moxley will miss Fyter Fest, it isn't outside the realm of possibility considering that his own wife Renee Young is battling Covid-19. While we obviously hope that Jon Moxley shows up at Fyter Fest, in the rare opportunity that he doesn't there's a chance to pull off a very interesting storyline.

It should not be a surprise to ANYBODY that Jon Moxley may not wrestle at #FyterFest! I expect Jon Moxley will be tested and isolated for 7-14 days but it’s just speculation at the moment.
What if Jon Moxley is stripped of the AEW Championship at Fyter Fest and the title is put around Brian Cage's waist, establishing him as a top star from the very get-go?
This will be a very interesting development indeed because, after Fyter Fest, Jon Moxley could return and chase the big man for the title. The money is always in the chase, is it not?
