Kevin Owens' issues with Cody Rhodes teaming with Roman Reings came to the surface after WWE Bad Blood on Saturday (October 5). The Prizefighter attacked the Undisputed WWE Champion after the PLE in a non-televised attack in the parking lot. He's seemingly not the only one annoyed with the American Nightmare.

The Rock returned after the match and a post-match brawl between the two groups. It appears the Bloodline story is heading towards a Civil War at Survivor Series.
Given that they are on different brands, Rollins is unlikely to get the chance to let Rhodes know how he feels about the situation. He might wait until around Royal Rumble season, as his sights are set on Bronson Reed now.
