#2 The Rock
At King of the Ring 2000, the WWE title was defended in a 6-Man Tag Team match, with Triple H and The McMahons taking on The Rock, The Undertaker, and Kane. The Rock pinned Vince to become WWE Champion when all was said and done. Just days before the contest, the same match took place on SmackDown.
Earlier on in the match, X-Pac, Road Dogg, and Bull Buchanan headed to the ring but were soon disposed of by The Rock and company. In the end, the villains got the upper hand. Triple H hit a Pedigree on The Rock, followed by an Elbow Drop by Shane. Vince then hit a People's Elbow on The Rock and pinned him for the victory.

The Rock hasn't been seen in a WWE ring for a while now. He returned on SmackDown last year and was featured in a segment with RAW Women's Champion Becky Lynch. The duo made quick work of King Corbin to a chorus of cheers.
#1 Stone Cold
McMahon's rivalry with Austin had reached a boiling point by 1999. On the February 8, 1999, edition of RAW, Austin faced The Corporation in a Gauntlet match. The odds were heavily stacked against The Rattlesnake. He faced Shamrock, Test, Chyna, Kane, and The Big Boss Man before McMahon picked up the pieces and pinned him for the victory.
Austin is still one of the biggest names in the business and makes occasional appearances in WWE. He currently hosts a WWE Network show named "The Broken Skull Sessions"', where he interviews WWE legends and Hall of Famers.
