How tall is Austin Theory really?

Austin Tyler White is an American professional wrestler and bodybuilder, who is currently signed with WWE under the ring name Austin Theory. He appears on the SmackDown brand on Friday nights. Theory has been a die-hard pro-wrestling fan since he was eight and always had an idea of joining WWE.

He made his pro-wrestling debut on May 5, 2016 at World Wrestling Alliance 4 (WWA4) against his trainer AR Fox to win the World Heavyweight Championship in his very first match. Theory wrestled for a number of wrestling promotions for the first four years including Progress Wrestling, Evolve, WWN’s Full Impact Pro, Crash Lucha Libre, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre and so on.

In 2018, Theory participated in WWE Tryout and was offered a contract the following year. He made his WWE in-ring debut by answering Roderic Strong’s open challenge for the NXT North American Championship and lost. Theory registered his first victory in the company in January 2020 by defeating Joaquin Wilde.

Theory was soon moved to the main roster on the March 30, 2020 episode of SmackDown as an associate of Zelina Vega. He teamed up with Angel Garza and Seth Rollins to take on Kevin Owens and Street Profits in a losing effort. Theory continued to work with Zelina Vega, Angel Garza and other associate Andrade “Cien” Almas, but soon was kicked out as he accidentally cost them a match.

Theory, who was stunned by the attack of Andrade and Garza, sat on the ring side, where Rollins asked him to join him and Buddy Murphy to take on Aleister Black. Theory went back to NXT and wrestled a couple of years by joining the villainous stable The Way with Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell.

Theory returned to Raw as a part of the 2021 draft and attacked Jeff Hardy and took a selfie of him suffering. Theory then started to mess with a number of WWE veterans including Jeff Hardy, Bobby Lashly, Rey Mysterio, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins and so on. Theory gained the goodwill of McMahon by bringing his lost “Cleopatra’s Egg” and in favor got multiple opportunities to become a champion. Theory headlined WrestleMania Night 2, became the youngest United States Champion and youngest Money in the Bank Winner.

Theory held the MITB briefcase for so long and had multiple pursuits on Universal and WWE Championship. However after failing a number of times, he cashed it on Seth Rollins for the United States Championship. He became the only wrestler (so far) to cash-in the Money in the Bank contract on the secondary title. Theory defended the United States Championship on multiple occasions and finally dropped the Championship after 258 days to Rey Mysterio in an impromptu title match.

He is one of the young and masculine wrestlers in the company, with a bodybuilding championship background. Theory won the NPC Georgia Bodybuilding Championship in 2015 at the Teen Men Category when he was 17 years old. Theory showcases his masculine body as a part of his gimmick and during his entrance. Theory is one of the powerful wrestlers, who uses his height and weight as an advantage to perform powerful moves. Although being masculine, Theory is flexible to perform highflying moves. He uses “A-Town Down” as his finisher, where he lifts his opponent on his shoulder and drops face first on the knee.
