WWE Backlash 2020: 5 Potential endings to Apollo Crews vs. Andrade for the United States Championship

A disqualification at WWE Backlash caused by Angel Garza could lead to a rivalry between Andrade and Garza on RAW. The seeds for this possibility have already been sown and it will be interesting to see if WWE decides to build up this rivalry.

On the RAW before Backlash, Apollo Crews presented Andrade, Garza, and Kevin Owens with an opportunity to compete in a Triple Threat Match with the winner being awarded a shot at the United States Championship at the event.

While Andrade and Garza worked together initially to take KO out of the equation, the two soon went after each other and even hurt Zelina Vega in the process. In the final moments of the match, KO delivered a Stunner to Garza but Andrade entered the ring to steal the victory.

After the match, Garza didn't seem too happy with what El Idolo did, and this could possibly lead him to turn on his partner sooner than later. At Backlash, we could see Andrade closing in on a victory before Garza distracts or attacks Andrade behind the referee's back to give Apollo Crews an advantage and a chance to pick up the win.

This finish will allow Apollo Crews to stretch his first reign as Champion in the company whilst also igniting a big rivalry between Andrade and Garza.
