Backstage reaction to Vince McMahon's 'Brass Ring' comments

It has been reported that there are several talents backstage who took the “grabbing the brass ring” comments by Vince McMahon on Stone Cold Steve Austin’s podcast as a joke. PWInsider reports states that no one would actually come out publicly as they are keeping their views to themselves.

It’s no secret that Vince is the one who controls the way WWE talents are used and the feeling is that with the way things are set up, there’s only so much talents can do to get a push for themselves.

There is a general feeling that Vince won’t take any blame for WWE’s current issues, but they also realize that they can’t make more money anywhere else so they are stuck.
