Former WWE superstar Dave Bautista aka Batista has made some startling revelations regarding Titus O’Neil’s suspension, and claims that WWE CEO Vince McMahon influenced Triple H to suspend the wrestler for an incident during Daniel Bryan’s retirement ceremony – reports The Inquisitr.
In a recent interview with TMZ sports, Batista stated that McMahon “double f***ed” Titus O’Neil by not only firing him but by also suspending him for the quarter of the year, causing him to miss WrestleMania, which would have earned him a lot of money.
Batista, who is a close friend of O’Neil and even pulled strings to help the latter get into WWE, confessed that he told his buddy to quit the company, due to his suspension, and look for greener pastures elsewhere.

The veteran wrestler even claimed that McMahon himself is always provoking people, saying: “If you ever spent any time with Vince or walked through the hallway, Vince is always grabbing you and he wants to wrestle, and he wants to tell you how much he benched the day before. He’s just that type of dude.”
Batista also jumped to the defence of Titus, claiming that his friend’s actions were just a one off and wouldn’t be repeated again. Others within the company too feel that McMahon overreacted when he chose to suspend O’Neil for 90 days, which was eventually reduced to 60 days.
The Spectre actor knows what it feels like to be on the bad side of McMahon, who had him suspended and fined for breaking the company’s ‘no blood’ rule during a cage match against Chris Jericho.
