Brock Lesnar was last seen in WWE at SummerSlam 2023 in a losing effort against Cody Rhodes. The Beast Incarnate's last action before leaving the ring was going off-script and endorsing The American Nightmare. He was rumored to return at Royal Rumble 2024, but creative plans were put on halt after his name was allegedly mentioned in the Janel Grant lawsuit against Vince McMahon and World Wrestling Entertainment.

Interestingly, Triple H did refer to Lesnar's possible return to the company during WrestleMania 40's post-show press conference. He revealed that WWE hadn't severed all ties with the former Universal Champion, and is open to his return to the squared circle.

If The Beast Incarnate were to return soon, here are four superstars who would be the perfect opponent for him:

#4. Oba Femi vs. Brock Lesnar will be a blockbuster for the Netflix-era

WWE is moving RAW to Netflix from January 2025. This is a huge deal which is reportedly worth $5 Billion and is the first of its kind. To ensure the move is a massive success, the Stamford-based promotion will shuffle the red brand's roster and strengthen it by leaps and bounds.

Oba Femi is a dominating force on WWE NXT, and if Brock Lesnar makes his comeback he would need a strong opponent. Bringing Femi to the red brand and building a storyline with The Beast Incarnate will enable the company to create an excellent product for the fans.

Furthermore, Femi will benefit from the rivalry whether or not he emerges as the winner of the rivalry. On the other hand, Brock Lesnar taking on someone who is two decades younger than him will speak volumes about the fuel he still has within himself!

#3. Bronson Reed can only be stopped by The Beast!

The Aus-zilla is a man who has become unstoppable in WWE. He has demolished many superstars in the last few months including Seth Rollins, The Miz, R-Truth, and even Braun Strowman! If The Monster Among Men is falling short in front of Bronson Reed, one can imagine the destruction he is capable of.

Brock Lesnar is a brutal force of nature and might be the only one who can stop the former NXT North American Champion without needing additional help. A feud between them is a classic clash of the brutes, and will be an entertainment package!

#3. Bron Breakker has been replacing Brock Lesnar in WWE

When WWE pulled the plug on the 2002 King of the Ring's creative plans, Bron Breakker replaced him in Royal Rumble 2024. Following that, Breakker's impact on the WWE Universe has been compared to that of Brock Lesnar's.

Just the way Lesnar became a champion in his rookie year, Bron Breakker too secured a championship within the first year of being called up to the main roster in 2024.

If the Stamford-based promotion builds a storyline between Lesnar and Breakker, it can truly become a moment of passing the torch if the former NXT Champion comes out on top. On the other hand, it can become a moment of experience triumphs energy if The Beast Incarnate comes out on top!

#1. Gunther's rivalry with Brock Lesnar is long-pending

It so happens that WWE had plans for Brock Lesnar to face Gunther at WrestleMania 40, but it did not go through as expected. Instead, The Ring General faced Sami Zayn at The Show of Shows and lost his Intercontinental Championship. He later went on to win the King of the Ring Tournament and captured the World Heavyweight Title at SummerSlam.

It's no doubt that the wrestling juggernaut is pushing The Ring General to the top. In such a growth curve, The Beast Incarnate will fit in perfectly as one of Gunther's challengers. Both superstars bring their A-game to the ring, and it's difficult to keep them down.

This might just become a historic rivalry in WWE's books!
