Becky Lynch (birth name: Rebecca Quin) is a female pro wrestler born on January 30, 1987, in Limerick, Ireland. Lynch began her career by training in the wrestling school established by Fergal Devitt and Paul Tracey in Ireland. After teaming up with her brother in the early years of her career, she started performing in independent circuits such as the Canadian promotion, SuperGirls Wrestling, and All Pro Wrestling.
Lynch signed a developmental contract with WWE in 2013, performing under the NXT brand. Following her main roster debut in July 2015, she became a five-time Women's World Champion, the sixth Women's Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion, and the WWE Women's Tag Team Champion (with Lita). Lynch was also named the Female Superstar of the Year in 2018 and 2019.
