There was a great video package for Cody Rhodes and MJF this week that I thought got us pumped. However, I just think that the company missed a trick by not having the two men in the hottest feud of the company on the go-home show before the upcoming pay-per-view.
The same is true for Nyla Rose, who is the AEW Women's Champion and Dr. Britt Baker who should have been on the show to cut a promo and advance the heel character that she has been portraying on TV recently. I like the fact that Hikaru Shida got a chance to showcase just how gifted and how talented she is, thanks to her big victory, but it helps when you see familiar faces on your television screen every week.

I get that Cody Rhodes may be selling the effects of the moonsault from the top of the cage but MJF could have cut a promo on Brandi Rhodes. The modern wrestling fan has a short attention span and needs to constantly be reminded why she/he should order a pay-per-view.
