Melissa Santos seems like she's very likable and is definitely a great host during the commercial breaks for Impact. It just seems like she's so terrible with technology that it becomes a deterrent when it comes to enjoying these segments.
When the first segment began at the top of the show, there was no audio at all. And then later during the show, there were major audio issues with her volume dropping and falling during the broadcast.

And if this wasn't enough, because of the technical issues, we were subjected to two flashbacks segment instead of just one this week. Santos would make yet another massive botch when 10000 people were watching live and she said that the number was 1000.
While Melissa Santos is still great at her job, I'd personally have preferred if these issues would have been avoided because they make the show seem quite amateurish.
