Why was the match no-DQ if there weren’t any interferences or foreign objects?

We know Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Bayley can put on some great matches. Nia Jax isn’t in the same league as those girls, but she is now a part of their match at Wrestlemania 33. Let’s hope she brings her A-Game and actually enhances the contest.
However, the bigger concern at hand is why Sasha Banks, a woman who involves herself in most matches where disqualification clauses exist, chose to stay out of a non-DQ match. This was the perfect setup for her heel turn.
