Goldberg probably has a one and done deal with WWE, and considering how the company has been booking Lesnar, it would have been a better idea to let a full-time performer take the man down, we feel. Someone like the NXT Champion Samoa Joe when he gets called up to the main roster, or even Shinsuke Nakamura.
This would have catapulted them to the top of the pack and would have made them look like legitimately dangerous competitors. As happy as we are for Goldberg, we cannot help but feel that it was an opportunity lost for the company.
