The trio comprising of Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose is easily the amongst the most successful stables in WWE history. Ever since they broke out at the Survivor Series PPV in 2012, the Shield have been a force to reckon with. All of them have won world championships and are in an elite group of being grand slam champions in the WWE as well.

Between them, they have competed in matches of all kinds against the likes of Kane, Triple H, Batista, Braun Strowman and Randy Orton to name a few. All of them are certified individual competitors as well with Dean Ambrose currently holding the Intercontinental championship. Ratings have soared whenever there is a Shield reunion indicating their popularity.

While NXT superstars are being imported regularly every year, none have been able to make the kind of impact the Shield has made and this is why they are NXT's best imports till date.
