#2 Charlotte Flair returns to WWE RAW after December pay-per-view; wins No.1 contender match
Charlotte Flair has been away from WWE television for a month, after being defeated by Asuka during their Raw Women's Championship match. During this show, she was attacked by Nia Jax, and written off TV due to The Irresistible Force attacking Flair's arm. Realistically, Flair revealed that she is taking time off from TV to addressing cosmetic issues.

Flair stated that she became sick after her 2018 WrestleMania victory. Although it was one of the worse cases the doctor has ever seen, Charlotte picked the option to allow her to continue competing.
Charlotte stated that a few months ago, she had to go back to the doctor because something was feeling off. Now, she has decided to choose the option that has a more long-term benefit, and she will be back when she is ready.
To go along with the rumors of Charlotte returning around the Royal Rumble, a return in December would be ideal. A 15-woman Battle Royal for the No.1 contender's spot at the Royal Rumble would be scheduled for the Raw after the December pay-per-view. Charlotte would be the last person introduced in the battle royal, and gain the expected return pop by eliminating Jax to set up the title match at the WWE Royal Rumble.
