There were a number of botches at Money in the Bank this year
#3 No Champion's introduction for Seth Rollins

Rollins wasn't given the usual Championship introduction
Seth Rollins defended his Intercontinental Championship against Elias at Money in the Bank, but whilst all other Champions were given the usual honor of being introduced in the ring, something that all Champion matches usually begin with, JoJo seemingly forgot to give the two men this introduction.

Rollins went on to retain his Championship in his match with Elias, even though The Architect didn't need to hit The Stomp in order to retain his Championship tonight since Rollins was able to grab a handful of tights to secure the three count. The Kingslayer has been Champion enough times in WWE to know how this works and would definitely be heading backstage and asking why he wasn't given the usual honor on the night.
