Incredibly, Alexa Bliss managed to retain her Raw Women's Championship against Nia Jax, but she definitely used the Extreme Rules stipulation to her advantage. Despite the fact that Ronda Rousey and Natalya were there to even the field against Mickie James and Bliss, Alexa escaped with her title.
