Alexa Bliss retained her Championship at Extreme Rules

Incredibly, Alexa Bliss managed to retain her Raw Women's Championship against Nia Jax, but she definitely used the Extreme Rules stipulation to her advantage. Despite the fact that Ronda Rousey and Natalya were there to even the field against Mickie James and Bliss, Alexa escaped with her title.

Part way through the match, Alexa delivered a crossbody from the top rope, and Jax was seemingly caught by surprise since she almost dropped the Champion before recovering to deliver a Samoan Drop.
