There were a number of botches at this year's SummerSlam

#1 Brock Lesnar is beaten by his own chair

It was a rough night for Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam

Brock Lesnar lost his Universal Championship to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam but even though the end spot of the match was a spear to a distracted Lesnar, the former Champion actually took a chair to the face.

It could be argued that because Lesnar went for the chair shot and missed and it then rebound off the ropes and hit him in the face, it could be seen as a disqualification. Roman was instead able to get the pin off the spear, but the former Champion will definitely have a headache in the morning after that spot.
