Ziggler has turned babyface after a long time; facing Corbin - a ruthless, cunning heel - at TLC, could probably change his fortunes on RAW. WWE could probably show a disgruntled Ziggler who is unhappy at not being featured on the PPV, which could set it up perfectly to face Corbin, who is the acting GM of RAW.
Ziggler needs a solid storyline to bring him up the card, as he is way down the pecking order on RAW currently. The two have feuded previously on SmackDown in 2017, as well as after WrestleMania 32.
