The Young Buck’s sent out a teaser before last night’s Ring Of Honor ‘Global Wars’ pay-per-view claiming that the Bullet Club had recruited a new member. The Bullet Club has been light since losing AJ Styles, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows earlier this year to WWE.
Since then they’d already recruited Tama Tonga’s real life brother Tonga Roa, who is already one half of the IWGP Tag-Team Champions with his brother as the Guerrilas of Destiny. However, with the acquisition of Tonga Roa not enough to fill the void left by the departing trio, the most dominant faction in wrestling right now were still looking for new blood.
New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE
With the main event match for the ROH Championship between Jay Lethal and Colt Cabana in progress at Global Wars, the Bullet Club stormed the ring and attacked anyone they could lay their hands on, from the wrestlers to officials, basically destroying anything in their path.
At first it looked like the duo in the ring would have the prized Bullet Club T-shirt but when the lights came back on, Adam Cole was the one standing in the middle of the ring with the coveted black and white T-shirt on. Adam Cole has reportedly been on WWE’s radar for a while and is one of the most talented wrestlers working for Ring of Honor right now.
However, with him now being a Bullet Club member, its apparent that he won’t be going to WWE anytime soon. However, for New Japan fans, he’s definitely going to become a big part of NJPW programming atleast for the near future.
The acquisition of Adam Cole will rejuvenate a depleted Bullet Club but only time will tell how big an impact Adam Cole can leave in the super-faction. He’s a talented technical wrestler and a really good talker, who’s hard work will definitely endear him to Japanese crowds.
