Brock Lesnar may be one of the most well-known superstars in history, and his name has even reached mainstream popularity, but WWE SummerSlam 2024 should be the event he should return to ensure a new beginning for his career.
Fans last saw Brock Lesnar at WWE SummerSlam 2023, wherein he was defeated by Cody Rhodes, both men sharing their respect after their match. Reports emerged that he was supposed to return to this year's Royal Rumble, but his implication in Vince McMahon's lawsuit may have halted this.
Fans then thought that was the end of The Beast, but the company still mentions him, and Triple H said he wasn't gone from the company. This means that fans could still see Lesnar in the company, and WWE SummerSlam could be the day he returns.
Brock Lesnar has been gone a long time and should return with a new character
As mentioned above, it's been almost a year since fans have seen Lesnar on WWE television. A lot has happened since the last time he was in action, The Rock returned, Cody Rhodes is now the Undisputed Champion, and Solo Sikoa is leading The Bloodline. Now, it's time for Lesnar to be the one who should evolve.
One of his most memorable returns was in WWE SummerSlam 2021, wherein he played a good guy and sported a cowboy/farmer look. This character change proved beneficial, as fans saw a different side of The Beast and prevented him from being repetitive. If he returns for the upcoming premium live event, then he should use the same formula.
Brock Lesnar needs to enter a specific title picture
One of the stars fans want Lesnar to challenge is Bron Breakker, who is now on RAW and is placed prominently in Sami Zayn's Intercontinental Championship picture. Bron could be set for a rematch for Sami's title, and his next challenger if he wins should be Lesnar.
Breakker's legitimacy as a dominant star and wrecking machine will only be heightened if he can go toe-to-toe with somebody like Lesnar. Also, the title's legitimacy will be improved when somebody like Brock is involved.
Could feature Brock Lesnar on more WWE RAW episodes
If Brock does return and eventually feuds with Bron Breakker, possibly for the Intercontinental Championship, the champion could make a case that Lesnar shouldn't have special treatment and make him earn a title opportunity.
Brock could appear more on weekly WWE shows and possibly even have a match on the Monday show. In this way, their feud will be given more time to shine, and Bron's abilities against a veteran like Brock will be displayed further.
