Brock Lesnar last appeared on WWE television at SunmerSlam 2023, facing Cody Rhodes. The Beast Incarnate could return at Clash at the Castle this weekend for his final run in the promotion.
The American Nightmare won his final match against Lesnar to end their incredibly entertaining trilogy that ended 1-2 in Cody's favor. The Beast put over Cody Rhodes during his final appearance and could return for his final WWE feud against The American Nightmare.
Lesnar has been missing from WWE television since plans for him were seemingly shelved in the aftermath of the lawsuit against Vince McMahon. However, Triple H confirmed that he is still with the company and is just at home, 'being Brock'.
The Game could be planning a massive title feud for Brock Lesnar, perhaps his last before a retirement match. With Roman Reigns missing since WrestleMania, Cody Rhodes would easily be the biggest target for The Beast, and he could make it known at Clash at the Castle.

He could challenge The American Nightmare for the Undisputed WWE Championship, setting up a massive match at SummerSlam. A loss in this bout could see Lesnar bid farewell to the squared circle.
Retiring a legend would work wonders for Cody Rhodes' world championship reign. Even if he makes AJ Styles "quit" in their title match at Clash at the Castle, it is unlikely that The Phenomenal One will retire this weekend. He would perhaps stay away from SmackDown for some time before making a massive return. If he truly wishes to hand the boots, we will definitely see him in a more compelling retirement storyline.
Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles set for final meeting on WWE SmackDown tonight
The upcoming edition of SmackDown will air from Glasgow, Scotland, for the first time in the blue brand's history. The creative team has a massive show planned for tonight, which will be the final episode of SmackDown before Clash at the Castle.
Cody Rhodes and AJ Styles were involved in a brutal brawl last Friday, during which security personnel separated them. Both superstars are set to cross paths on SmackDown one last time tonight before they lock horns in the "I Quit" match at Clash at the Castle.
Styles had the advantage initially when he caught Cody Rhodes by surprise when he attacked him. The reigning Undisputed WWE Champion hit back last week, but The Phenomenal One had Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson on his side. It will be interesting to see which of the two will stand tall before their massive showdown for the coveted piece of gold.
