Brock Lesnar hasn't been around WWE since SummerSlam 2023. The Beast was slated to return during the Men's Royal Rumble Match, but WWE had to halt creative directions for him since his name allegedly got involved in the Janel Grant lawsuit against Vince McMahon. The Stamford-based promotion promptly replaced him with Bron Breakker, but that did not stop fans from wanting to see The Beast Incarnate back in the ring.
While there is no given date for Lesnar's return, there are two potential events that are best suited for the comeback. First, it's WWE RAW's debut on Netflix in January 2025. Triple H is gearing up to make the debut nothing short of a premium live event. Undoubtedly, The Beast's addition to the debut show will definitely do well for the ratings and viewership, especially if he continues to be on the weekly red shows on the streaming platform. Keeping all aside, the magnitude of Brock Lesnar's impact on the fans is one of a kind.
Second, it's Royal Rumble. There is nothing that compares to the thrill of not knowing who the next entrant is during the men's match. WWE has always included surprise entrants, and having The Beast as one of the surprises for the premium live event will generate a massive pop.
Whether it's at RAW on Netflix debut or Royal Rumble, both are good enough stages for Brock Lesnar to set up a money-making feud for WrestleMania 41. He might not be a part of the main event since that spot is likely reserved for The Bloodline, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and The Rock. However, The Beast can be used to create a feud that is equally impactful and helps with adding further star power to the 'Mania match card.
Brock Lesnar was referenced twice on the latest episode of WWE RAW
To say that one has 'slayed The Beast' is a flex within the WWE locker room and the Universe. It so happens that two top superstars claimed the same on the latest episode of Monday Night RAW.
Cody Rhodes revealed that he has slayed a frightening Beast while cutting a promo with Gunther, letting The Ring General know that another Beast isn't a problem. On the other hand, Seth Rollins cut a backstage promo with Adam Pearce where he reminded the RAW General Manager about his accolades, and slaying The Beast was one of them.
Both superstars referred to Brock Lesnar when they mentioned 'The Beast.' Could this be a tease about Lesnar's return? Only time will tell.
