Fans of WWE will be rejoicing after Brock Lesnar confirmed that he has signed a new multi-year contract with the industry. Amidst rumours that the 37-year-old would resign with UFC, he revealed in an interview with SportsCenter that he is going to remain with WWE.
The WWE World Heavyweight Champion’s contract was supposed to expire after the upcoming WrestleMania 31 and Lesnar’s future was up in the air until recently. Paul Heyman had even threatened that his client would take the title to various mixed martial promotions and wherever else he pleased.
The Beast was participating in the UFC for 8 long years after quitting WWE back in 2004. He returned to the industry in 2012 and broke The Undertaker’s WrestleMania winning streak last year.
