And what about Little Miss Bliss herself? She is another superstar who is young enough to be Angle’s daughter, provided he fathered her at quite a young age. She is also another female athlete with an impressive mind for professional wrestling, managing to use her charm and intelligence to reach the very top of the women’s division in such a short period of time.

The one thing that could point to Alexa being Angle’s daughter is that she clearly has a chip on her shoulder and generally scoffs at whatever life throws at her. We all know the typical story of a young girl growing up without a father and internalising her rage against men to the point where she learns to manipulate them to her advantage. Look at her time on NXT, and you will remember how she used the then NXT tag-team champions Blake and Murphy to further her own fortunes.

If Kurt’s child doesn’t turn out to be Bayley, then presumably Bayley’s ‘daddy’s girl’ image isn’t a cover or a trick. This might go some way to explaining why Alexa had a particular dislike towards Bayley during their feud. Maybe she was jealous of someone who came from a relatively peaceful, loving home and wanted to exact her revenge. The ‘This is your life’ segment involving Bliss and Bayley earlier this year was mainly about Bayley’s past after all.

During it, Alexa laughed at the fact that Bayley’s father had to accompany her to classes when she was younger. Maybe the laughing wasn’t out of ridicule, and maybe it was hiding something deeper for the RAW Women’s Champion.
