Can you fathom the creative potential in this match?
After engaging in a feud with Andrade and losing in a 2-out-of-3 Falls match, Rey Mysterio teased his retirement earlier this month. Almost a fortnight ago, his son was seen persuading his dad and asking him to reconsider his retirement from WWE.

For days we didn't get any update. But earlier today, it was announced that Rey Mysterio will return on the next episode of Monday Night RAW.
It is highly unlikely that he will resume his feud against Andrade. Thus, it will be a good move to turn him into the direction of the United States Championship.
Mysterio achieved a milestone when he became the U.S. Champion for the first time in his WWE career at Money in the Bank, thereby becoming WWE Grand Slam Champion.

However, he had to vacate the title owing to his injuries. This time, his return can make for the perfect opportunity to introduce the masked Superstar back into the pool of challengers who have their eyes set on the title. And what can top Mysterio locking horns with AJ Styles inside the squared circle?
Mysterio is someone who defined high-flying moves in wrestling. His pace inside the squared circle and shocking transitions always take the fans by surprise. And he certainly deserves to have shot at the United States Championship title, especially when it will set up a dream match between him and AJ Styles.
