I quite liked the two tag team matches in the Clash of Champions 2019 card. I thought that The Revival and The New Day had a pretty fast-paced and interesting matchup from start to finish. I also thought that Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman had a great match against Dolph Ziggler and the Glorious One himself, Robert Roode.
And yet, if you look at the build for both matches, they've been very disappointing indeed, I fear. The Revival and The New Day did not even do a segment in the go-home show of SmackDown Live before the pay-per-view event actually took place. And when it comes to the RAW Tag Team Championship picture, the four men involved aren't even really actual tag team Superstars.
The return of the Bludgeon Brothers will revive the tag team division. I also like the new look with both men wearing heavy metal shirts and not those maroon outfits.
