CM Punk is an American pro wrestler in the wrestling industry for over two decades. He is in his second tenure with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) and performs on the RAW brand as of February 2025. From his early days in backyard wrestling to reaching the top, the 6 ft 2 in has built a legacy as one of the most influential figures in wrestling history.

Punk, a former UFC fighter is the 19th Triple Crown Champion and has won the Money in the Bank briefcase twice (2008 & 2009). He is also a two-time WWE Champion and a three-time World Heavyweight Champion. Additionally, he has once held the ECW Championship, the WWE Intercontinental Championship, and the World Tag Team Championship. Outside of WWE, Punk has wrestled for AEW, ROH, IWA, IWC, OVW, and others.

CM Punk has competed in four Elimination Chamber matches as of February 2025. He has recorded a total of five eliminations across these matches. His debut came in the Extreme Elimination Chamber in December to Dismember 2006, where he challenged for the ECW World Championship. Entering third, Punk was the first to be eliminated after Rob Van Dam hit him with a Five-Star Frog Splash.

In 2010, Punk entered the SmackDown Elimination Chamber for the World Heavyweight Championship and initiated the match against R-Truth. He eliminated Truth early but was the second man eliminated after Rey Mysterio took him out. The next year, he competed in Raw’s Elimination Chamber match. Entering as the sixth and final competitor, he eliminated Randy Orton and John Morrison before John Cena pinned him to win the match.

Punk’s third appearance in the structure came in 2012 when he defended the WWE Championship against Chris Jericho, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston, R-Truth, and The Miz. With two eliminations, he retained the title and survived the brutal contest to walk out as champion.

CM Punk Elimination Chamber Matches Wins

The Second City Saint has competed in the Elimination Chamber four times by February 2025, winning one of those matches.

Elimination Chamber 2012

Punk put his WWE Championship on the line in the Elimination Chamber 2012 against Chris Jericho, The Miz, Dolph Ziggler, R-Truth, and Kofi Kingston. He commenced the match against Kofi Kingston, while the other four wrestlers remained in the inner chambers. Ziggler later entered as the third participant, followed by R-Truth as the fourth.

Punk swiftly eliminated Truth from the match with a flying elbow over the top rope. This was the second time Punk had eliminated Truth, having done so in 2010 as well. In the final moments, Punk executed the Go to Sleep on Miz and secured the pinfall to retain the WWE Championship.
