WWE RAW tonight will emanate live from the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. This episode marks the aftermath of the stupendous Clash at the Castle Premium Live Event. One of the biggest highlights of the night was CM Punk costing Drew McIntyre the match, leading to Damian Priest retaining his World Heavyweight Title. Despite this significant angle, The Second City Saint is slated to miss tonight's edition of Monday Night RAW.

The reason for Punk's absence was disclosed by the Best in the World during the post-show media scrum of Clash at the Castle. The Voice of the Voiceless disclosed that he is allowed to miss tonight's WWE RAW due to "hiccups'' he suffered in the ring while counting a pin but his arm still feels wonderful.

Further, Punk stated that he plans to visit his doctors in Chicago next week, where he believes he will get full medical clearance to compete in the squared circle. Despite Punk's absence, Drew McIntyre is still expected to make an appearance on tonight's WWE RAW, making this show intriguing to watch.

It remains to be seen what will happen when CM Punk and Drew McIntyre finally meet face-to-face after Clash at the Castle 2024.

When will CM Punk next appear in WWE after missing RAW tonight?

The next appearance from CM Punk post-Clash at the Castle could take place on the upcoming episode of SmackDown. The primary reason for this happening is due to the show taking place in his hometown - Chicago.

During the post-show media scrum, Punk also confirmed his appearance for the upcoming edition of the blue brand as he plans to visit his doctors in Chicago. Even the veteran also expected to deliver some good news regarding his in-ring return during this presence on this edition of the SmackDown.

A segment featuring the Voice of the Voiceless would help the Stamford-based promotion boost its episode ratings, as it will be Punk's first TV appearance since his actions at the Scotland PLE.

Additionally, WWE could fuel this segment by plugging Drew McIntyre for the Chicago episode of Friday Night SmackDown. A segment featuring both McIntyre and Punk is highly anticipated by fans, given the recent developments between the two.

It remains to be seen what will happen when SmackDown takes place in Chicago especially as now CM Punk is also expected to be a part of this edition of the blue brand.
