CM Punk tweets photos of injury after MITB

WWE superstar CM Punk tweeted the following pictures after his Money In The Bank ladder match last night in Philadelphia. Punk was on his way to climb the ladder before being interrupted by Paul Heyman, who sandwiched Punk between two ladders. Heyman then resorted to push the ladder on Punk leaving the latter with a cut on his head.

Heyman and Punk have been having a lot of animosity between them of late due to an attack by Brock Lesnar. However, it is now clear whose side Heyman will take if the pair clash.
