What’s the story?
We are just a few short weeks away from the second annual WWE United Kingdom Tournament and earlier today, WWE revealed the second batch of superstars who will now be a part of this year’s WWE UK Tournament.
In case you didn’t know…
The first annual WWE UK Tournament took place in January of 2017 and saw the crowning of the first ever WWE UK Champion, as British Strong Style’s Tyler Bate made history by becoming the first ever WWE United Kingdom Champion at the age of 19.

Bate, who defeated fellow BSS stablemate Pete Dunne in the finals, also wrote his name in the history books by becoming the youngest champion in WWE history—up until WrestleMania 34 when 10-year-old Nicholas won the Raw Tag Team Titles alongside Braun Strowman.
The heart of the matter
Following the revelation of the first eight competitors of this year’s WWE UK Tournament, WWE has now seemingly confirmed the full line-up for the second annual WWE UK Tourney as social media correspondent Cathy Kelley revealed the final eight competitors who are now set to fight out among themselves at The Royal Albert Hall in Kensington, London.
The second batch of names that has now been confirmed for the 2018 WWE UK Tournament currently includes the likes of Flash Morgan Webster (who recently made his WWE debut on 205 Live), Jordan Devlin, Tucker, 205 Live’s own Drew Gulak, Ashton Smith, James Drake, Tyson T Bone, and current PROGRESS Wrestling Champion Travis Banks.
What’s next?
It has also confirmed that the second annual UK Tournament will kick start at this year’s Download Festival, where several NXT superstars will also be present as well.
The show takes place on the 18th and 19th of June at The Royal Albert Hall in Kensington, London and below is the complete line-up for this year’s WWE UK Tournament:

The second annual WWE UK Tournament promises to be a solid one and with the addition of current PROGRESS Champion Banks, it looks like we now have a potential winner in our hands, given the fact that ‘The Kiwi Buzzsaw’ has been on a roll ever since capturing the PROGRESS World Title.
