Damian Priest (Luis Martínez) is an American male professional wrestler. The RAW Superstar and the Judgement Day member is the current holder of the World Heavyweight Title. Priest worked for Ring of Honor (ROH) for three years as Punishment Martinez. Apart from winning a title at ROH, Priest was the winner of Survival of the Fittest in 2017. However, he failed to win a title at New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). H started his career in 2018 for the NXT brand and moved to the main roster three years later in 2021. Priest holds titles in NXT and the main roster as well. He has martial arts and Gōjū-ryū karate background which he learned from his martial artist father. He decided to be a professional wrestler after winning two national titles in martial arts.
