Do You Respect The Beard? YES!!!A lot of people have been labeling Daniel Bryan‘s recent rise to “massively-over” status as “meteoric” and “supersonic-rocket-like”. I disagree. Daniel Bryan’s rise to fame is in a league of its own. I can’t remember the last time I saw a superstar become so insanely popular with the fans, stay there for a bit, and then suddenly rise to levels so high in such a short burst of time that he now gets an even bigger pop than he did before, and remains the biggest crowd-pleaser of the night next to maybe CM Punk. It’s crazy. I honestly though I’d seen the best of Daniel Bryan in the ring over the last year (and his best is absolutely perfect!), but then he had those matches with Seth Rollins and The Shield and it has taken him into an all new level of awesome. Daniel Bryan is going places because he has just been unleashed!

Daniel Bryan is the personification of everything that’s right with WWE. He’s an every man’s man. He’s scruffy with the hair and loose with the body. He’s your average-looking guy with the superstar-like status. He’s out there kicking ass, taking naps, and making people tap out while staying grounded and real and ordinary as a person. It’s the same reason why CM Punk and a lil’ superstar called Stone Cold Steve Austin reached unimaginable success; they were organic, natural, normal people who f***** with authority while digging their hands into the ground to pave their own paths. Daniel Bryan is in a league parallel to that. I dare say he’s the best technical wrestler in the last decade and a half, and I’d bet he’d out-wrestle Bret Hart if he could back in Bret’s prime.
They say Daniel Bryan knows a 1000 ways to make a guy tap, and a way to escape every hold, and I believe that. There are a dozen technical maestros in the locker room, but I haven’t seen one with the finesse and razor-sharp accuracy of the “American Dragon”. Back in the indie scene, Bryan was called “The Best In The World”. Right now he’s called “GOAT: Greatest of All Time”. I’m pretty sure with the kind of matches he’s putting on, he’ll be called way more by the time the year is done. The best thing about “the beard” is that he makes his opponents look as good as he does.
Anyway, this is the perfect time for a new Daniel Bryan wallpaper so here you go! It’s the perfect wallpaper to follow-up the last one, which featured Kane, don’t you think? Two solo wallpapers for one of the best tag-teams I’ve seen in a long, long time; Team Hell No. Sad to see them break-up, but it also opens up so many possibilities, and that’s cool.
