#3 Dean Ambrose
The best successor to Seth Rollins as Intercontinental Champion has to be Dean Ambrose. The crowd loves him, he is entertaining to watch, and his new look might just be a great way to add a new edge to the Intercontinental Championship.
It would also be a great way to give some spotlight to Ambrose since his return. Ambrose has felt more like a backup to Rollins and Reigns over the past few months and this is a huge waste of a man who has an exciting brand of his own.
Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?
The WWE could also use the Intercontinental Championship to turn Ambrose heel on Rollins - something which has been talked about and teased for quite some time now. Whichever way it happens though, Ambrose is a thrilling superstar and would give the Intercontinental Championship a lot of focus.
