- As reported earlier, Roman Reigns was involved in an incident wherein a fan threw a replica Money in the Bank briefcase at him, hitting him in the back of his head at a WWE live event in Victoria, British Columbia. The incident happened during his scheduled match against Bray Wyatt.
CCTVnews.ca confirmed that while there were no injuries stemming from the incident, the man was charged with assault but the charges were later dropped as the fan issued an apology. A local policeman said that the fan was able to get the briefcase in through bypassing the security and when the other fans chanted for him to throw the briefcase into the ring, he did so. The fan is said to be a 31-yr old male and has been barred from future WWE events.
- Dolph Ziggler, who has been out since sustaining a storyline injury on RAW a month back at the hands of Rusev, was seen at the WWE live event in Vancouver, British Columbia where he was accompanying the WWE Studios film crew of the upcoming thriller movie “6:42”. During the show, when Rusev and Summer Rae came out to berate Lana & Ziggler, Lana came out followed by Dolph, who brawled with Summer and Rusev respectively. Ziggler finished off the night by laying out Rusev and celebrating with Lana.
It is still unknown if he may appear on tonight’s RAW.
