Jacob Fatu has not appeared on WWE programming since his infamous dive through the announce table at the SummerSlam 2024 Premium Live Event. The Samoan Werewolf tried to demolish Cody Rhodes with a splash but hurt himself in the process.

Since he was banged up, Tonga Loa has carried the WWE Tag Team Championship belt to the ring for The Bloodline segments. DIY and the Street Profits will battle it out for a shot at those titles on the upcoming episode of SmackDown.

Fatu's absence has clearly been felt as Roman Reigns was able to dispatch Tonga Loa, Tama Tonga, and Solo Sikoa with ease. The group needs its X-factor, and Jacob Fatu could return to WWE in three ways mentioned below.

New Champs in WWE! More RIGHT HERE

#3. A return on this week's episode of SmackDown

One way Jacob Fatu could come back would be on this week's episode of SmackDown. There is a number-one contender's match for the WWE Tag Team Championship and he could disrupt that for The Bloodline.

Solo Sikoa will do everything in his power to make sure that the WWE Tag Team Championship stays in The Bloodline's grasp. If Fatu returns and demolishes both DIY and the Street Profits, it would make Solo feel like he is in charge of which team does or does not get a shot.

If Jacob Fatu does return on SmackDown to interfere, it could lead to an eight-person tag team match for Bash in Berlin 2024. He may also just come out to let everyone know he is fine and participate in a potential blindside attack during the match.

#2. Jacob Fatu makes a splash on next week's SmackDown

With Roman Reigns set to appear on SmackDown for the second week in a row, it could mean a delayed return for Jacob Fatu. Roman can get the upper hand on Solo Sikoa and his stablemates again, forcing Sikoa to call in his Enforcer.

Fans may be clamoring for Sikoa and Reigns to fight, but the same can be said for The Original Tribal Chief and The Samoan Werewolf. Fatu has a magnetic charisma and an awe-inspiring move set.

Holding off until next week could even the odds to a degree if Roman runs through the new-look Bloodline again this week. The face-off between Reigns and Fatu needs to be a special moment.

#1. Crashing WWE Bash in Berlin 2024

Another possible return scenario for Jacob Fatu could involve Bash in Berlin 2024. It is unclear how The Bloodline will be involved in the event, but that should become apparent over the next two weeks.

SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis could book a WWE Tag Team Championship match for the show or as mentioned above, an eight-person tag team bout if the number-one contender's match ends in chaos.

If The Bloodline is not booked for an official contest, Solo Sikoa could direct his faction to crash the Undisputed WWE Championship match between Cody Rhodes and Kevin Owens.

Sikoa might not be satisfied with how things played out in Cleveland, Ohio, even claiming he would have won if The Original Tribal Chief had not interfered. Crashing the match and ruining a contest between Cody and Kevin would reinsert Solo into the title picture.
