World Championship Matches
The Case for Raw: The Roman Reigns vs Braun Strowman was one of the best things of 2017. These 2 have faced each other in an ambulance match, a last man standing match, an Elimination Chamber match, and a steel cage match.
Will John Cena beat Ric Flair's record? A former WCW Champion thinks so HERE
They will take their rivalry to the next level when they step inside Hell in a Cell. Given the fact that these 2 have competed in such violent, brutal matches, it is only right that they are given another opportunity to do so. This can also help the Universal Title regain some prestige after Brock Lesnar's terrible reign.
The addition of Mick Foley as the special guest referee and potential interference from the Shield, Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre, and other members of the Raw roster create a lot of interest for this match.
The Case for SmackDown Live: Samoa Joe will challenge AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell. This was SummerSlam's match of the night and there is no reason why it can't be the match of the night tomorrow as well. This rivalry has been incredibly personal as well.
Samoa Joe has continuously brought up AJ Styles's family, bringing out a new aggression in AJ Styles. There is no reason why these two shouldn't face off with each other inside Hell in a Cell, but I am confident that these 2 superstars have the ability to have an excellent one-on-one match. This match is also pretty unpredictable because it is possible that either superstar can get the win.
Raw or SmackDown Live: Both brands get a point for their world title matches making the score 3-2 with SmackDown Live having the better matches at Hell in a Cell.
