Bayley aims at winning the Royal Rumble in straight years
The Role Model won the Royal Rumble in January 2024, getting a title shot against then Women's Champion IYO SKY at WrestleMania 40. Bayley won the match and claimed the title, which she retained through SummerSlam.
This year, she wants to do the same and win the Rumble in straight years. In an interview with Headline Chicago, the former champion revealed the ideal scenario to bring her closer to a second straight victory at the Women's Royal Rumble Match.
"Throughout all the years, I wanted to get in there earlier so that I could have the most time and most opportunity to eliminate women. But I think coming in around like 28, 29 this year wouldn’t hurt. It’d saved my body and hopefully, a bunch of people are eliminated by the time I get there, and then, get on that road to being a two-time Royal Rumble winner," The Role Model said. For the time being, Bayley focuses on the upcoming Survivor Series Premium Live Event, where she is expected to replace injured Jade Cargill and join Team Ripley (Rhea, Bianca Belair, Naomi, and IYO SKY) against Team Morgan (Liv, Nia Jax, Tiffany Stratton, Candice LeRae and Raquel Rodriguez).
