- WWE ran an injury angle on last night’s SmackDown for Dolph Ziggler. On RAW, he and Bryan were attacked by Bad News Barrett and then the returning Sheamus, so they said Ziggler was “unable to compete” on the show. It’s not believed to be a legit injury.
Ziggler was originally supposed to take part in a tag team match with Bryan against Sheamus and Barrett, but this was subsequently changed to Bryan vs Sheamus in a single’s match. Bryan lost via count-out when Barrett knocked him out, on the outside.
