R-Truth runs to the ring and right before he can enter the match, Carmella stops him and tells him that he is #30 in the men’s match, not the women’s match. As Carmella watches him go to the back, she enters the ring. Ruby Riott immediately throws Carmella over the top rope. Becky Lynch then eliminates Ruby Riott from behind.

Ember Moon hits both members of the IIconics with a double springboard crossbody and tosses both members of the IIconics over the top rope. Toni Storm then manages to eliminate Alexa Bliss by hitting her with a German Suplex on the apron.

Sasha Banks is then eliminated by Sonya Deville with the Square Up Kick. Deville begins celebrating before she is eliminated by Charlotte Flair. Charlotte Flair, Ember Moon, Becky Lynch, and Toni Storm are the final 4 women left in the ring.

Toni Storm and Becky Lynch face off. Storm goes for a Diving Leg Drop but Becky throws her off of the top rope. Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair face off but Ember Moon hits them both with a Double Eclipse. She tries to eliminate Becky Lynch but Charlotte eliminates Ember Moon from behind.

Ember Moon lasted for 54 minutes before being eliminated. Charlotte Flair then hits Becky Lynch with a huge spear followed by Natural Selection. She then goes to powerbomb Becky Lynch over the top rope but Becky counters it into a hurricanrana and both women fall onto the floor at the same time. Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair have both won the women’s Royal Rumble.
