Trish Stratus is considered one of the most iconic and memorable female wrestlers of all time both in and outside WWE. Although she initially retired from full-time wrestling in 2006, she made sporadic returns throughout the years, and one might happen again soon.
In 2023, Trish Stratus shocked fans when she made a full-time return to WWE. She initially teamed up with Becky Lynch and Lita against Damage CTRL but later turned heel by attacking her fellow Hall of Famer. She finished up the year by feuding with The Man and hasn't returned to in-ring action since then. However, she recently raised the fans' hope after not closing out a possible in-ring return in the future.

#3. Finish her story with Zoey Stark
Trish's last WWE match was against Becky Lynch inside a Steel Cage at Payback. Not only did Stratus lose the match, but her partner at the time Zoey Stark, betrayed her. From the looks of it, the story between Zoey and Trish is not yet finished.
Due to their history and unfinished story, Stark can be the first star the Hall of Famer targets once she returns to WWE. Zoey didn't truly have a memorable single run after the betrayal and is currently with Sonya Deville and Shayna Baszler for Pure Fusion Collective. Getting into proper a feud might not only elevate the RAW star's character but the group as a whole.

Although Trish hasn't returned to wrestling since her Payback match against Becky Lynch, she did make some appearances this year on WWE television. One of her appearances was at Money in the Bank, where she had a verbal exchange with Stratton.
Since then, the Hall of Famer has expressed interest in facing Stratton in a dream match. The latter is quickly becoming one of the top stars in WWE's roster and a feud with Trish will just further help her rise to the top. Also, Trish facing a rising like Tiffany will somewhat showcase an interesting feud between the past and present of WWE.

Although Trish and Lita's latest WWE meet-up didn't end up with both of them on the same page, they remain friends behind the scenes and have even been spotted attending different events since then. With this in mind, it's more than possible for them to reunite on TV.
Both stars are considered some of the most revolutionary women in wrestling, but their dynamic as a team wasn't explored enough, especially since the Women's Tag Team Championship was only introduced after they retired. Interestingly, they expressed interest in going after them, which might still be a goal for the two.
It's possible that Trish Stratus will return with Lita as heels and say that the latter saw the perspective of Stratus and has already forgiven her for what she did. It will certainly be an interesting way to put more eyes on the Women's Tag Team division.
