Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley will open WrestleMania 37 Night 1 on Saturday night

WWE Champion Bobby Lashley will defend the WWE Championship against former Champion Drew McIntyre on Night One of WrestleMania 37.

When discussing which match should main event WrestleMania Night One, Dutch Mantell explained why he thought Sasha Banks vs. Bianca Belair should close proceedings on Saturday night:

"I like the girls being the main event, I think they have more sizzle behind them than Lashley and McIntyre does."

However, when sharing his prediction for the WWE Championship match, Mantell revealed that he expects the CEO of The Hurt Business to retain his WWE title at WrestleMania 37:

"But in Lashley and McIntyre, I've got to go with Lashley. I think he's the one who can carry it. What is the situation with Lesnar? Is he coming back? But I would go, I think they went with McIntyre, then again this WWE. They can sour on you in a heartbeat. It only takes ten seconds. You know how you guys sometimes get lost in companies, not necessarily WWE, but the entire wrestling profession. People dont have to come in and the boss says 'how was so and so the other week'?' And they don't got to say, 'He's terrible, he's this' they just go to do this, 'Well, you know, eh?' That's it, if he's 'eh' it's like get someone else."

A point of contention amongst the WWE Universe in recent weeks has been WWE's decision to split up The Hurt Business on Monday Night RAW. When discussing Bobby Lashley possibly retaining the WWE Championship at WrestleMania, Dutch Mantell also shared his thoughts on The Hurt Business' recent split:

"But I'm going to go with Lashley in this. That's another thing, they don't let things grow long enough for it to be ready to be ripe. They pull it off half ripe so they lose the whole flavor of it."
