#4 No explanation.

One of the best parts of a heel turn is the explanation for it all and while Seth Rollins never really gave a concrete reason for leaving The Shield when he did, he did say he just decided to go into business for himself. Compare that to the stoic non-answer that Ambrose gave on Raw last week and you start to see why there is a problem.
While it is sometimes fun to keep fans on their toes and anticipating what's next, it is also important to give fans something in the meantime to satisfy them. Unfortunately for The WWE Universe, the company did none of that during Ambrose's segment with Rollins, which turned into a nothing burger of angry threats and a teased fight.
Why WWE wouldn't give some kind of explanation or at least have Ambrose say something in his defence should stupefy anyone that watched the segment play out on Raw. In fact, by booking Ambrose in this way, you are not only failing to give him any justification for his actions but also failing to give fans a way to connect with his new heel persona.
