There is a very good reason why Elimination Chamber 2021 could be the site for a major face turn. Bobby Lashley has been very vocal about wanting a match against Brock Lesnar, and it'll be strange to see two heels tussling in such a contest.
One of the two men needs to turn face for such a big showdown, and Bobby Lashley should be the good guy, on this occasion. Imagine RETRIBUTION surrounding the ring at Elimination Chamber 2021, trapping the participants of the United States Championship match in the ring.

Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
True. Personally, I’d love to become the United States Champion. Because then I get to call myself this country’s champion and boy, you would love that. https://t.co/CJly9rD0Xx
Mustafa Ali has made it clear that he wants to enter the United States Championship picture, and starting a RETRIBUTION vs. Hurt Business feud at Elimination Chamber 2021 is the best way forward. MACE and Slapjack could maybe mix it up in the tag team picture as well.
This is not a face turn that comes out of the blue at Elimination Chamber 2021, because The Hurt Business and RETRIBUTION have quite the history, feuding with one another.
