People didn't know what to make of this match heading in, but using it as the opener was a great decision, as it was a high-paced, tandem offence full affair that got the crowd fired up right from the start. SCU are crowd favourites, and while the 13,000 in attendance didn't know much about Lindaman or T-Hawk, by the end of the match, they were in full support of the OWE representatives.

We don't know much about All Elite Wrestling's relationship with OWE and how it will work for future events, but from what we are hearing about the stars waiting in China, the AEW fans will take to them very quickly. Ultimately, this was nothing more than a fun, fast paced kick off match, but it served its purpose of making SCU look great and getting the crowd introduced to some great talents from OWE.
