After Seth Rollins betrayed The Shield, Roman Reigns went on a singles journey as the top star. However, Dean Ambrose had only one intention—to decimate Rollins.

Among their numerous encounters, one took place at the Elimination Chamber in 2015. The match was a great show by the two gifted superstars. In the climax, Ambrose used the referee as a shield to save himself from an aerial attack by Rollins and then performed dirty deeds for the victory.

The match was ruled in favor of Ambrose, but he was awarded the win through disqualification and not pinfall. The title thus didn't change hands. All the suspense and reactions made the event a spectacle.

Roman Reigns entered following the announcement and helped Ambrose. The duo then ran away with the WWE Championship, despite not winning it.

#1. The Wyatt Family defeated The Shield - Elimination Chamber, 2014

Apart from Daniel Bryan and The Undertaker's streak ending, 2014 is also remembered for The Shield. It was the year when the trio proved themselves by defeating The Evolution, and it was the same year when Rollins disbanded the group.

They began the year on a high note with a heated rivalry against The Wyatt Family. The two teams locked horns at the Elimination Chamber. What came next was perhaps one of the best matches involving The Shield

The result too was unexpected, as the Wyatt Family won the contest, that too by pinning Roman Reigns.
